Nicholas Bick, one of two deceased
honorees, was an outstanding baseball pitcher in many district leagues
and participated in approximately 1,000 games.
Bick played in Washington County, Washington Church, Ten Mile Valley,
National Trails, Twilight, Industrial, Intercounty, Pigeon Creek and
Washington Community leagues. He was associated with such championship
teams as Tygart Valley, Lutherans, Paul's Store, Jessop Steel and
Washington Steel.
