1946 Drives in his Ist Hambletonian, finishing 4th
1948 Purchases the stallion Adios for $21,000
1950 First driver ever to win Hambletonian and Little Brown Jug in the same year
1951 Colts from his stable sweep 1st, 2nd and 4th in Jug
1952 Colts from his stable finish 1st and 3rd in Jug
1953 Trains Hambletonian winner Heluopta
1954 Trains and drives Stenographer, voted Horse of the Year
1957 Wins 4th Fox Stake
1961 Trains Hambletonian winner Harlan Dean
1963 Establishes the Meadows in Washington, Pennsylvania
1967 Inaugurates Adios Stake at the Meadows
1968 Inducted into Living Hall of Fame
1970 Wins Yonkers Trot driving Spitfire Hanover
1982 Sets world record for Trotters driving Ardon
1988 Breaks 97-year old record for trotting
1990 Honored as the only professional athlete to compete in eight decades
