• Head Coach: 1923 (6-1-1)

• Also coached at Oberlin, Buchtel, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia Tech and Penn compiling a career record of 186-70-18

• Coached Georgia Tech in a 222 – 0 win over Cumberland College in the most one sided football game ever played

• The Heisman Trophy, awarded annually to the nation’s outstanding college football player, is named after him.

• Inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a coach in 1954.
